Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order Tracking

Delivery Requirements

  • An adult aged 18 years or older may be required to receive deliveries containing alcoholic beverages.
  • Valid identification may be requested upon delivery.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes for certain beverage products.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • No recipient available
  • Refusal to provide age verification (where applicable)

additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sprizl@quenchedculture.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
